Exam summary

Patient with history of recurrent low-grade biopsy proven follicular lymphoma. Staging FDG PET/ CT (bottom panel) showed imaging features suggesting malignant trans formation. Re-biopsy of the bulky right retroperitoneal mass was recommend by NCPIC clinic al team - confirming diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Treatment course changed to RICE therapy with subsequent FDG PET/CT (top panel) demonstrating a favorable response.
